About Us
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Chandigarh, working with brands across SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, web development, content marketing, branding, and performance marketing. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern who wants hands-on experience in hiring, people operations and agency culture.
This internship is ideal for candidates who are interested in HR + recruitment and also have exposure to skills related to the digital marketing ecosystem.
Role Overview
As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for digital marketing and creative roles. Preference will be given to candidates who also have knowledge or interest in areas like digital marketing, content creation, social media, branding, Canva, LinkedIn, communication or business operations.
You will work closely with the founders and hiring managers to help build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Internshala, and other hiring platforms
- Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal teams
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and shortlist profiles
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring databases
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Assist in employer branding and HR communication
- Help create job descriptions and hiring campaigns
- Coordinate internship and fresher hiring drives

- Social Media Management

- Content Writing / Copywriting
- Canva or basic graphic designing
- LinkedIn outreach
- Personal branding knowledge

- Video editing basics
- Business development or client communication exposure
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Confidence in speaking with candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
Eligibility
- BBA (HR/Marketing), BBA, BCom, BA, or related fields
- Freshers and final-year students can apply
