Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, introduce our real estate projects, understand customer requirements, and effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain project details, features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Maintain good customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English & Tamil.
- Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling/real estate sales will be an added advantage.
