Job Title: Personal Assistant & Operations Coordinator (Sales & HR)
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber, multi-faceted professional to serve as the right hand to our Director. This is not a traditional secretarial role; it is a strategic position that combines Executive Support, Sales Coordination, and Human Resources Management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can transition seamlessly from managing the Director’s schedule to closing a sales lead or onboarding a new employee.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support (The PA Pillar)
- Act as the primary point of contact and "gatekeeper" for the Director.
- Manage a complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and personal errands as needed.
- Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for board-level meetings.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
2. Sales & Business Development Support
- Lead Management: Monitor incoming leads, conduct initial follow-ups, and qualify prospects for the Director.
- CRM Management: Keep the sales pipeline updated and ensure all client data is accurate.
- Client Relations: Draft proposals, send out contracts, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project continuity.
3. Human Resources & Administration
- Recruitment: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for various departments.
- Onboarding: Manage the documentation for new hires (contracts, IDs, system access) and facilitate their orientation.
- Office Culture: Assist in managing employee records, tracking leaves, and organizing team-building activities or internal policy updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: experienced or Fresher in an PA, Sales Support, or HR Generalist role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent the Director professionally.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or HRIS tools.
- Adaptability: The "startup mindset"—willingness to jump into tasks that fall outside the formal JD.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
