- Staff Supervision: Lead, train, schedule, and motivate waitstaff to ensure excellent service.
- Guest Experience: Greet guests, take orders, recommend menu items, address concerns, and process payments to ensure satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily service, coordinate with kitchen/bar, manage table settings, and ensure efficient order flow.
- Inventory & Hygiene: Monitor stock, report needs, and enforce cleanliness and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Complete paperwork, manage shift closings, and report on staff performance and operational issues.
