JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure overall responsibility for preventive and breakdown maintenance of ophthalmic medical equipment including installation, calibration, testing, and reporting.
- Attend and resolve complaints of eye hospital biomedical equipment, mainly in OT, OPD, and diagnostic units (LASIK, Retina, Refraction).
- Ensure preventive maintenance and AMC/CMC adherence for ophthalmic equipment such as phaco machines, slit lamps, OCT, fundus cameras, lasers, tonometers, and surgical microscopes.
- Provide technical support during breakdowns and coordinate with OEM engineers for repairs and servicing.
- Support procurement by providing technical specifications and evaluation of ophthalmic equipment.
- Maintain biomedical inventory, spare parts tracking, and service records.
- Manage AMC/CMC contracts, renewals, and vendor coordination for ophthalmic systems.
- Prepare annual maintenance budget for biomedical equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.E / B.Tech (Biomedical Engineering) or equivalent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
