Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch sales targets for various banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, investments, insurance).

- Manage and nurture key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and problem resolution.
