We are in a high-growth phase and hiring our first in-house team member to grow alongside the brand.
Role Purpose
The Operations & Content Executive (Coaching Business) is the operational backbone of MASSTERA.
You will manage the day-to-day running of coaching programs, client relationships, community engagement, and content execution across the entire ecosystem — enabling the Founder to focus on coaching delivery, sales, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities1. Coaching Operations (Daily Priority)
- Client onboarding, scheduling, and reminders
- Program coordination and participant communication
- Payment tracking and follow-ups
- Managing client records and trackers
- Lead follow-ups and updates to the Founder
2. Content & Brand Execution (Weekly Priority)
- Design and schedule Instagram posts via Canva
- Write captions and communication messages
- Maintain content calendar
- Repurpose content into reels and posts
3. Admin & Coordination (Ongoing)
- Manage calendar and scheduling
- Maintain systems (Notion/Asana)
- Handle emails and WhatsApp replies
- Coordinate events and logistics
