Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on the latest digital marketing strategies and tools. The Trainer will be responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of both internal teams and external learners, ensuring they are proficient in executing high-impact digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions (both in-person and virtually) on core digital marketing topics, including SEO, SEM (Google Ads/PPC), Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Strategy, and Analytics.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions and workshops to reinforce theoretical concepts and apply skills using industry-standard tools.
- Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and support to trainees to ensure learning objectives are met.
Curriculum Development
- Design and update course content, instructional materials, presentations, case studies, and assessments to keep the curriculum current with the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Develop practical projects and simulations that mimic real-world campaign scenarios.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences (e.g., beginners, advanced professionals, or specific internal departments).
Assessment & Evaluation
- Develop and administer quizzes, tests, and final assessments to measure trainee competency and program effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze trainee feedback (e.g., using Net Promoter Score or satisfaction surveys) to continuously improve the quality of the training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and performance metrics.
Industry Expertise
- Stay current with the latest trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices across all major digital marketing channels.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing consultancy and insights on complex digital challenges to senior management or external clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) executing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, Social, Email).
- Prior experience (2+ years) in a training, teaching, or facilitation role, demonstrating the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
