Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The candidate should be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, maintaining discipline, and supporting students’ academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons as per curriculum
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment
- Assess and evaluate students’ performance regularly
- Maintain attendance, records, and student progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents and management when required
- Ensure classroom discipline and student safety
- Support students in academic and personal development
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Post-graduate in relevant subject (preferred)
- Prior teaching experience is an added advantage
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and student development
Working Hours & Salary:
Full-Time:
- Timing: 1:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Part-Time:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depends on working hours)
Senior Teacher:
- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and expertise)
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Subject matter expertise
- Ability to handle students of different learning levels
- Basic computer knowledge
