Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Maintain CRM records and daily reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Freshers can Also apply with 15k basic and incentive .
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with a target-driven sales environment.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Schedule & Expectations:
- Candidates should be comfortable working extended hours during peak business periods when required.
- Availability for Sunday work is required as per business needs (with applicable weekly off arrangements as per company policy).
