Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations drive package-enabled transformation across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As a Workday Finance Consultant, Managed Services, you will work alongside experienced advisors and architects to support process improvement, technology enablement, and operational excellence. Leveraging your experience in financial systems, process design, and managed services, you will help clients strengthen core business operations and navigate evolving transformation priorities.
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Managed Services on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across business applications in testing and production environments.
- Configure, design, test, and analyze solutions within Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Evaluate customer requirements and translate them into functional processes, reporting solutions, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with global and virtual teams to support timely delivery of project work and managed services activities.
- Participate in functional design, testing, technology support, project meetings, and ongoing learning and development activities.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24x7 including night shift, as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience with Workday Financials, including hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and budgeting tools.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing financial models, reports, and dashboards within Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Experience working with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into reports and insights.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent from an accredited university.
Preferred:
- Experience with Workday Finance across record to report (R2R) and cash to collect (C2C) modules.
