POSITION OBJECTIVE
To manage and control all accounting activities for the Oman region from the Kochi office, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective coordination with sales and operations teams to support smooth and efficient regional business operations through remote management.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Management
- Handle end-to-end accounting activities for the Oman region from Kochi office.
- Process and verify invoices, payments, receipts, and credit notes in coordination with the Oman team.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and account finalization support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regional financial regulations.
Sales & Accounts Coordination
- Coordinate with the Oman sales team for sales data verification, collections tracking, and reconciliation.
- Monitor credit limits, outstanding payments, and customer account status.
- Support in promotion budgets, pricing updates, and credit note tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales and financial data to management.
Operational Coordination (Remote)
- Act as the central coordination point between Kochi office and Oman operations team.
- Manage and support day-to-day operational requirements virtually, without physical presence.
- Coordinate on documentation, approvals, and process follow-ups with respective departments.
- Ensure smooth communication between accounts, sales, warehouse, and management teams.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare periodic financial reports, MIS reports, and regional summaries.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and audit-ready records.
- Provide regular updates to management on financial and operational status.
Compliance & Control
- Ensure all transactions are aligned with company policies and internal controls.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to management in a timely manner.
- Support audit requirements and internal verification processes.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in process improvements and system coordination for better regional control.
- Perform any other accounts or coordination-related tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
