Manager - MEP
Candidate preferably BE in Electrical with 15 + years’ experience. Should have working knowledge of preparing & reading mechanical, electrical & plumbing drawings. Should be able to handle all MEP related responsibilities independently and to follow construction procedures and practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of MEP works
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and civil teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and design
- Monitor project schedules, material procurement, and site progress
- Conduct quality checks, inspections, testing & commissioning of MEP systems
- Manage vendor selection, negotiations, and contractor performance
- Control costs, variations, and bill certifications & measurements checking related to MEP works
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on large-scale projects (IT parks, malls, high-rise buildings, etc.)
- Exposure of working in PMC / Developer companies for execution of projects.
