The ATL is a ground-level operations manager at a delivery center (DC).
You handle daily logistics operations + team supervision + performance tracking—basically the bridge between field staff and management.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management
- Manage inbound & outbound shipments
- Plan routes and optimize delivery loads
- Ensure on-time dispatch & delivery of parcels
2. Team Handling
- Supervise delivery executives, loaders, and sorters
- Assign daily tasks and manage shift schedules
- Track attendance and productivity
3. Last-Mile Delivery Execution
- Oversee last-mile delivery operations
- Ensure high delivery success rate and minimal delays
4. Performance Monitoring (KPIs)
- Track:
- TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Delivery success rate
- Pickup targets
- Ensure team meets productivity targets
5. Process & Quality Control
- Maintain shipment accuracy (zero loss/damage)
- Conduct operational checks and audits
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily reports (Excel / internal tools)
- Coordinate with internal teams (hub, customer support, etc.)
- Solve operational issues quickly
7. Cost & Resource Management
- Monitor manpower usage
- Control operational costs at the delivery center
Required Skills
- Basic leadership & team management
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving & analytical thinking
- Basic Excel / computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
Eligibility
- Fresher to 1–3 years (logistics/warehouse preferred)
Work Environment
- On-ground role at delivery hubs
- Shift-based (including night shifts)
- Highly operational, not a desk-only job
Salary (India – typical)
- ₹16,000 – ₹25,000/month (ATL level)
- Can increase with experience or promotion to TL
Pay: ₹16,800.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
