Job Summary
We are looking for an ERP Coordinator to manage, coordinate, and support the effective use of the company’s ERP system. The role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining accurate data, monitoring ERP processes, resolving user issues, and ensuring smooth flow of information across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day ERP operations across departments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related queries and issues.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Stores, Projects, HR, and Management for ERP requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance in the ERP system.
- Monitor ERP transactions and identify data discrepancies or process gaps.
- Generate and maintain ERP reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with ERP software vendors/technical teams for issue resolution and system support.
- Assist in implementing new ERP modules, features, and process improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on ERP system usage.
- Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes, workflows, and user requirements.
- Monitor user access, permissions, and system-related requirements.
- Conduct regular data verification and reconciliation between ERP records and departmental records.
- Support ERP integration with other software/applications where required.
- Escalate technical or operational issues to the appropriate team.
- Ensure ERP processes are aligned with company policies and operational requirements.
- Assist management in developing dashboards and MIS reports from ERP data.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and basic reporting.
- Good understanding of data management and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with multiple departments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand and document business processes.
- Basic understanding of databases and system workflows will be an advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- ERP certification or relevant technical qualification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
Experience with ERP systems used in the real estate/construction industry will be preferred, particularly in areas such as:
- Project management
- Sales & CRM
- Purchase
- Inventory/Stores
- Accounts & Finance
- HR & Payroll
- Vendor management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- ERP data accuracy and completeness
- Timely resolution of ERP-related issues
- User adoption and support effectiveness
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports
- Successful implementation of ERP processes/modules
- Reduction in data errors and manual processes
Ideal Candidate
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with Farvision ERP software is mandatory.
- Should have practical experience in handling Farvision ERP modules, data entry, reports, MIS, user support, and day-to-day ERP operations.
- Experience in real estate/construction ERP processes will be highly preferred.
- Should be capable of coordinating with the Farvision support/technical team for issue resolution and system-related requirements.
- Ability to train and guide employees on the effective use of Farvision ERP.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
