About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
The ideal candidate should understand lead generation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, campaign scaling, and ROI-focused advertising strategies for industries such as healthcare, clinics, hospitals, and service-based businesses.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create and manage lead generation, engagement, traffic, and conversion campaigns
- Plan audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
- A/B test creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign budgets and daily performance
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
Google Ads
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns for quality score, conversions, and ROI
- Track and improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Manage remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking
Analytics & Tracking
- Handle Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
- Track campaign performance and user behavior
- Identify gaps and suggest performance improvement strategies
- Work closely with creative and content teams for better ad performance
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in paid advertising
- Experience handling healthcare or service-based clients is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and WhatsApp lead automation is an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
