Role Objective
We are looking for a highly driven and technically strong professional who can operate at the intersection of operations, project execution, and business development. This is a leadership role requiring hands-on experience in automation programming along with the ability to drive sales, manage teams, and scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Operations Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of automation projects (design → programming → commissioning)
- Manage timelines, budgets, and client deliverables
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and programming teams
- Ensure smooth on-site execution and client satisfaction
2. Technical (Programming & Automation)
- Oversee PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, and robotic integrations
- Guide troubleshooting and critical technical problem-solving
- Standardize automation practices and improve system efficiency
3. Business Development & Sales
- Identify new business opportunities and client segments
- Lead client discussions, technical presentations, and negotiations
- Convert leads into projects and drive revenue growth
- Build long-term client relationships
4. Team Leadership & Strategy
- Build and manage cross-functional teams
- Improve internal processes, execution efficiency, and scalability
- Work closely with founders on business strategy and expansion
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen-Bradley)
- Exposure to industrial robotics (ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Yaskawa – any preferred)
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
- Understanding of complete automation systems (PLC + Robotics + Motion + Integration)
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in industrial automation
- Proven experience in both technical execution and client-facing roles
