- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management Services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company services.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized facility management solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Proposal & Tender Management
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Participate in tenders and RFQ/RFP submissions.
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams for pricing and service delivery.
Market Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and market demands.
- Provide market intelligence reports to management.
Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling of services.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service implementation.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems.
