About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our fintechprojects, including payment gateways and digital payments solutions. The role involves strategicplanning, client coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of projects, contributing to the expansionof our merchant payment business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage fintech projects related to payment gateways and digital payments.
- Drive business growth by achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through merchantacquisition.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the merchant payment business and increasetransaction volume.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and enterprise clients
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and quality standards aremet.
- Identify new business opportunities within the fintech domain and contribute to strategicplanning.
- Handle project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any graduation field.
- Fintech domain knowledge and experience in payment solutions.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within fintech or related domains
. Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to drive results.
- Good IQ level and strategic thinking abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
