WE ARE HIRING – KNITWEAR QUALITY CONTROLLER | TIRUPPUR
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Quality Controller with strong experience in Knitted Garments and Export Orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect knitted garments at different stages of production
- Ensure garments meet buyer specifications and quality standards
- Check fabric, workmanship, measurements, stitching, finishing and packing
- Conduct inline, midline and final inspections
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production teams
- Follow up on quality standards, approvals and buyer requirements
- Ensure export orders are completed as per required quality and timelines
- Coordinate with factories, production and merchandising teams
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Knitwear Quality Control
- Strong experience in Export Garments
- Good knowledge of international buyer quality standards
- Excellent knowledge of knitted fabrics and garment construction
- Strong inspection, problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Ability to independently handle quality for export orders
- Willingness to travel to factories when required
Compensation: ₹40,000 per month + Travel Allowance
