Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including talent mapping, interviewing, and structuring competitive compensation packages to attract top candidates.
- Policy & Strategy: Design, develop, and implement company policies that promote a healthy, productive, and inclusive work environment.
- Employee Relations: Serve as an expert mediator to resolve workplace conflicts, address grievances, and handle disciplinary actions.
- Performance Management: Manage annual review cycles, goal setting, and probationary feedback. Design and track performance improvement plans and workforce analytics.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all HR practices and documentation strictly comply with regional and national labor laws. Oversee leave management, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior HR staff, and manage day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills
- Labor Law Knowledge: Deep understanding of statutory requirements, labor laws, and compliance audits.
- Conflict Resolution: Strong interpersonal, empathetic, and negotiation skills.
- Practical Exposure Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS/HRMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and payroll management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with all levels of staff.
- Data Literacy: Ability to measure HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire) and make data-driven decisions.
- Factories Act: Candidate should have well Knowledge about Factories Act; Weekly Offs & Intervals, Working Hours, Child and Adolescent Labour, Wages.
Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically, 4 to 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in a senior or lead role.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
