Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Shopify/Amazon Handler role based in Kolkata. The individual in this role will manage and maintain Shopify and Amazon platforms, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing. Additionally, responsibilities include optimizing product visibility, creating promotional campaigns, analyzing sales performance, and resolving customer inquiries or issues related to orders.
Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon platforms, including managing product listings, handling inventory, and monitoring orders.
- Understanding of e-commerce strategies, sales analytics, and promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency in communication and customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset, ability to work in a team, and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO for optimizing product visibility is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data management and analysis.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
