Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails professionally
Work efficiently on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain inventory
Coordinate with internal teams and support office operations
Requirements:
Good command of English (Mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong email communication skills
Knowledge of administrative work
Ability to multitask and stay organized
