Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment & HR Coordination
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to handle recruitment activities and maintain proper HR documentation and trackers. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and ensuring all recruitment and HR-related data is updated accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for chefs and support teams
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and consultants
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Follow up with candidates for interview status and joining confirmation
- Maintain recruitment tracker and daily hiring updates
- Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, and personnel files
- Maintain HR records, employee database, and filing systems
- Prepare and update monthly recruitment reports for management
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors for hiring requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and maintaining trackers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple openings
- Experience in hospitality hiring is preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
