Role Overview:
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the overall store operations, driving sales performance, delivering bespoke customer experiences, and upholding the highest standards of luxury retail excellence. This role requires a strong leader with deep jewellery knowledge and a passion for premium client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Performance
● Drive store revenue, profitability, and achievement of sales targets
● Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with luxury retail standards
● Manage high-value transactions and VIP client relationships
Customer Experience
● Deliver personalized, consultative, and memorable luxury buying experiences
● Handle customer escalations and ensure effective complaint resolution
● Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
Team Leadership & Development
● Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store staff
● Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews
● Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and service sophistication
Store Operations
● Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and compliance
● Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand guidelines, and audit requirements
● Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and loss prevention
Visual Merchandising & Brand Representation
● Ensure the store reflects ultra-luxury visual and brand standards
● Coordinate VM updates, product displays, and seasonal launches
Reporting & Compliance
● Track sales, footfall, conversion, and performance KPIs
● Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management
● Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and ethical practices
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
