Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will play a key role in building a positive work culture and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Manage performance appraisal and feedback systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Conduct training and development programs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support management in organizational planning and workforce strategy
- Promote employee engagement and workplace ethics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR management (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Pay: ₹18,002.12 - ₹100,000.00 per month
