Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential clients and explain company services
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Maintain call records and update data sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling/customer support/business development
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in Hindi and English communication
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking
