Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret project briefs and design concepts provided by the design head
- Study project requirements in detail to fully understand scope, space, and design intent
- Create 3D visuals that reflect the client’s taste, budget, and functional requirements, while ensuring practicality and feasibility
- Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings of interior and exterior spaces, with an emphasis on lighting and material accuracy
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to produce visual content for client presentations
- Revise 3D designs based on client and internal feedback to achieve final approvals
- Ensure all models and designs are aligned with actual site measurements and are production-ready
- Work in close coordination with design consultants, site engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure timely delivery of all visual assets as per project schedules
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in lighting, textures, and design aesthetics
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with materials, joinery, and modular furniture systems is an added advantage
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Technical Proficiency:
Candidates must be proficient in the following tools:
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- D5 Render / Lumion
- Revit (BIM)
- Adobe Photoshop

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
