We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives, generate revenue, and build strong client relationships in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage HNI clients and high-value property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate and manage leads through various sales channels
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
● Handle HNI clients, investors, and potential buyers professionally
● Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships
● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing and documentation
● Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates
● Train, guide, and support junior sales executives when required
● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements:
● Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales
● Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
