Gitakshmi Group is looking for a highly experienced Vice President – Business Development to lead strategic sales initiatives for SAP, Oracle ERP, and Enterprise Software Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of enterprise sales, revenue generation, key account management, and business expansion while building long-term relationships with enterprise customers across multiple industries.
- Drive business growth and achieve annual revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers for SAP, Oracle ERP, and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence.
- Lead complete enterprise sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Manage RFP, RFI, and proposal submissions.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to design customer solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Mentor and lead the Business Development team.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
