Location - Wakad
Salary - CTC up to 800000 per annum
Role Type - High Visibilty and target oriented role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Generate, follow up and convert leads into bookings.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing and offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inventory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and CRM teams for smooth closures.
- Assist customers with booking, documentation, and post-booking formalities.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales (mandatory).
- Experience in luxury residential project sales.
- Hands-on involvement in project launch sales.
- Strong NRI client database and lead conversion capability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong knowledge of the West Pune real estate market
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace.
- Presentable, customer-focused, and target-driven.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in premium and luxury residential sales.
- Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead to booking.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
