About the Role
BDS Group is opening a new apparel franchise store in Bhubaneswar and is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable apparel products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards are followed.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
- Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment activities.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
- Build positive customer relationships to enhance the shopping experience.
- Support store operations and promotional activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail counter sales, preferably in apparel, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Hardworking, energetic, and willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store requirements.
