We are looking for a Senior Accountant (CMA Qualified) with strong accounting, financial reporting, and compliance experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end accounting functions independently and supporting management with accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and coordination with auditors
- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital
- Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance documentation
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation as per company policy
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Preferred Candidate Profile
- CMA completed
- 3–5 years or 5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting & finance
- Experience in corporate / construction / manufacturing / consulting industry
