- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
- Design and drive structured performance management processes including goal setting,reviews, and development planning.
- Build and nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture through engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership by advising on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational growth and industry standards.
- Utilize HR data and insights to improve employee engagement, retention, workforce productivity, and decision-making.
- Identify skill gaps and plan learning & development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and leadership pipeline.
- Ensure statutory compliance, documentation accuracy, and smooth HR governance processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
