Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the software development team.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software architecture.
- Participate in requirement analysis and technical planning.
- Review code and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
- Allocate tasks and monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality standards.
- Guide team members in adopting new technologies and development practices.
- Conduct technical interviews and assist in team hiring.
- Maintain project documentation and technical specifications.
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in ASP.NET Core / .NET Technologies
- Proficiency in C#, Web API, MVC
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server
- Experience with Angular / React / JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs
- Knowledge of Azure / AWS Cloud Services
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD Pipelines
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Knowledge of Design Patterns and SOLID Principles
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

- Strong team management and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- Relevant Microsoft or Cloud Certifications are preferred.

Salary:
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Note: Immediate joiner first preference.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
