Job Overview
Baseline is looking for a Civil Draftsman with 3–6 years of experience to support drafting and detailing work for industrial and commercial projects. The role involves preparing accurate drawings and coordinating with design and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop GA drawings, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Work on RCC drawings, sections, and detailing
- Revise drawings based on inputs from engineers and consultants
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and MEP teams
- Maintain drawing records and documentation
- Assist in quantity take-offs and basic BOQ support
- Ensure drawings are as per project standards and requirements
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Civil Drafting or Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in civil drafting
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good understanding of civil and structural drawings
- Experience in industrial or commercial projects preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good coordination and communication skills
