Responsible for providing technical assistance to customers after concrete supply and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality monitoring, issue resolution, and expert guidance on concrete performance and maintenance.
Core Responsibilities:
· Conduct post-pour site visits and customer follow-ups
· Collect customer feedback and monitor concrete performance
· Provide technical guidance on curing, crack prevention, and concrete durability
· Investigate concrete-related issues and provide suitable solutions
· Verify/measure concrete quantity and report variations
· Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution
· Maintain technical records and site reports
· Visit key customers and projects to ensure satisfaction and support business growth
Qualifications: ITI (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
