Job Title: Education Counsellor Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counsellor who can guide students about courses, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions. The candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding available courses (Nursing, Pharmacy, Paramedical, Law, Management, etc.).
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.
- Convert leads into admissions through proper follow-up.
- Maintain student database and update CRM/Excel records.
- Coordinate with admission and marketing teams.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Strong convincing and counseling ability.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Experience:
- 1–3 years in Education Counselling / Telecalling / Sales
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
Salary:
- ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)
