Client Relationship Executive – Interior Designing Firm
Location: Kochi
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate sales through consultations, follow-ups, and client engagement.
- Coordinate with the design team to understand client requirements.
- Manage premium and high-value clients professionally.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain client records and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of experience in client relations, sales, business development, or customer service in interior designing firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead conversion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a professional approach.
- Experience in the interior design, real estate, luxury retail, or related industry is an advantage.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
