Gateway Group of Schools is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at the Neelankarai campus. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual design sense, proficiency in design software, and the ability to create engaging content for digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Branding:
- Develop high-quality designs for brochures, flyers, banners, newsletters, and other materials as per requirement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and communication materials.
- Create visually appealing layouts for social media, school websites, and promotional campaigns.
Digital Content Creation:
- Design engaging social media graphics, posters, and digital ads.
- Assist in creating infographics, illustrations, and multimedia presentations.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos for school events and campaigns.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions team to create compelling visual content.
- Brainstorm and propose new design ideas to enhance the school’s digital presence.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring innovation to creative projects.
Print & Production Coordination:
- Prepare artwork for printing and liaise with vendors for production.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of final printed materials.
Skills and Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in design and branding consistency.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple task and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for effective team collaboration.
- Photography & Video Editing (Preferred): Basic photography and video editing knowledge is a plus.
