Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and communication-skilled Telecaller who can handle customer calls, generate leads, and maintain proper follow-ups. The candidate should have good communication skills and a professional approach while interacting with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls
- Handle customer inquiries and provide proper information
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets
- Maintain professional and positive communication with clients

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling/customer support experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools preferred
- Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
