Job Summary
We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer & Data Scientist to join our team for developing and managing our in-house AI and data-driven projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Analytics. While the primary focus will be on internal projects, the candidate should be capable of handling client projects in the future and delivering scalable AI solutions based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for in-house products and business applications.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights.
- Build predictive models, recommendation systems, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Monitor, maintain, and improve the performance of deployed AI models.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates.
- In the future, collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver AI/ML solutions tailored to their business needs.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Ability to manage end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
