Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to expand our network of diagnostic laboratory partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential labs, conducting meetings, presenting the SwyftLabs solution, and converting prospects into active partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesLab Acquisition
- Identify and approach diagnostic laboratories.
- Schedule meetings with lab owners and decision-makers.
- Present SwyftLabs' services and partnership opportunities.
- Follow up on proposals and negotiations.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Understand partner requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new laboratories.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Track leads and opportunities in CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings and follow-ups.
- Generate weekly sales reports.
Market Research
- Monitor diagnostic industry trends.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Gather competitor insights.
Requirements
- 0–3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales, or Diagnostics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and cold meetings.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of healthcare/diagnostic industry is preferred.
