We are looking for experienced and passionate faculty members to conduct UGC NET App Live Classes and YouTube Live Classes for our online students.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes for UGC NET students through the institute app and YouTube platform.
- Teach according to the latest UGC NET syllabus and exam pattern.
- Prepare high-quality lectures, PPTs, notes, assignments, and practice questions.
- Explain concepts in a simple, clear, and exam-oriented manner.
- Discuss previous-year questions and expected questions regularly.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and guide students for better preparation.
- Prepare topic-wise tests, mock tests, quizzes, and study material when required.
- Maintain regularity, punctuality, and professional conduct during live classes.
- Engage students during live sessions and maintain good class interaction.
- Help students improve conceptual clarity, answer-writing approach, speed, and accuracy.
- Support the academic team in planning course structure, batch schedule, and content strategy.
- Take demo classes, webinars, YouTube sessions, and promotional academic sessions when required.
Required Qualification
- Master’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- UGC NET / JRF qualified candidates will be preferred.
- Ph.D. candidates or candidates pursuing Ph.D. will be given preference.
- Strong command over the subject and complete knowledge of UGC NET Paper 2 syllabus.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English as per subject requirement.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in UGC NET coaching preferred.
- Prior experience in app-based live classes or YouTube live teaching will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and UGC NET/JRF qualification may also apply.
Digital Studio Setup Requirement
Since this is a work from home online teaching job, the faculty must have a proper digital teaching setup, including:
- Digital board or smart teaching board
- Good-quality camera or webcam
- Clear microphone and audio setup
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Proper lighting and clean background
- Laptop/desktop suitable for live online classes
- Ability to use PPT, PDF, digital notes, and online teaching tools effectively
Required Skills

- Ability to teach live classes confidently
- Strong explanation and presentation skills
- Good communication and student engagement skills
- Ability to prepare exam-oriented content
- Comfortable with YouTube Live and App Live Class format

Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of delivering high-quality UGC NET online classes. The faculty should be able to explain difficult concepts in an easy and practical way, discuss previous-year questions, and guide students with the right exam strategy.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have cleared UGC NET / JRF
- Have previous UGC NET teaching experience offline or Online .
- Have YouTube teaching experience
- Already have a digital studio setup
- Can prepare PPT-based and board-based lectures
- Can conduct regular live classes with discipline and quality
Selection Process
- Candidates must send their updated resume.
- Candidates must share a demo class video of 15–30 minutes.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an online interview/demo round.
- Final selection will be based on subject knowledge, teaching quality, communication skills, digital setup, and demo performance.
