Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity Operations, and Security Governance.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Delinea Secret Server, Delinea Cloud Platform, Privilege Manager, Session Manager, and Secure Remote Access (SRA).
- Manage privileged account onboarding, credential vaulting, password rotation, session monitoring, and privileged access lifecycle management.
- Implement and support RBAC, Least Privilege, Zero Trust Security, and enterprise PAM governance frameworks.
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Integrate Delinea with enterprise platforms including SailPoint, ServiceNow, Splunk, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS, and GCP.
- Support PAM deployments, upgrades, CI/CD processes, platform administration, and production support activities.
- Configure and manage privileged session recording, audit logging, compliance reporting, and security monitoring.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to implement secure access management solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to work independently in customer-facing enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Identity Governance, Access Reviews, Compliance Audits, and Security Controls.
- Exposure to ISO 27001, NIST, Zero Trust Architecture, and enterprise cybersecurity frameworks.
- Delinea certifications and cloud security certifications will be an added advantage.
