Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations, including attendance management, statutory compliance, onboarding, and HRMS handling. The role requires coordination with site teams for labor attendance and diesel reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily labor attendance and maintain accurate records
- Handle wage calculation and processing of labour payments.
- Coordinate with site supervisors for attendance and reporting
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports (attendance, payroll, diesel, and HR data).
- Maintain diesel consumption reports and ensure proper reporting
- Handle employee data and reporting through HRMS
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation process
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
- Manage documentation and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth induction of new employees.
- Ensure PF & ESIC enrollment for new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR operations experience
- Experience with HRMS systems
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Excel, Pivot table)
- Good communication and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
