Job Summary:
The Security Guard is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the hotel’s security team. This role ensures the safety and security of guests, staff, and property through effective supervision, patrolling, and incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises and monitor surveillance systems.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms; conduct initial investigations and report findings.
- Maintain proper records of incidents, accidents, and irregularities.
- Liaise with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services when necessary.
- Implement and monitor access control systems and visitor management protocols.
- Assist in planning and executing security arrangements for special events.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend improvements to security procedures.
- willingness to do 24 Hours duty
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a security role.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and emergency response.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications preferred.
- Physical fitness and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- should be able to drive all type of commercial vehicles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior military or law enforcement background.
- First Aid / CPR certification.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to safety and security.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
