The Ophthalmic Nurse provides high-quality nursing care to patients with eye conditions in outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and surgical settings. The role includes assisting ophthalmologists, preparing patients for diagnostic tests and surgeries, administering medications, postoperative care, and patient education.
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (Registered Nurse).
- Experience in ophthalmology preferred .
- Operation Theatre (OT) experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of ophthalmic instruments and procedures (training can be provided).
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
- Good understanding of ophthalmic terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work in fast-paced outpatient and surgical environments.
- Compassion, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow protocols.
Working Time : 9am to 6 pm.
