We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist for our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of sales experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for generating new business, demonstrating Tax Software solutions, converting leads into customers, and driving revenue growth.
- Generate leads through cold calling, internet research, and available databases.
- Identify customer requirements and provide Tax Software demonstrations to prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Build relationships with Chartered Accountants, Corporates, and SMEs by understanding their Income Tax, GST, and TDS requirements.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling products to existing customers.
- Update daily sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in Software Sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Go-getter attitude with strong negotiation skills.
