Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telugu Speaking Telecaller to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and provide excellent support over the phone. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Telugu and possess good communication skills.
Location: Erode
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)
Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle customer enquiries and provide information
- Explain products and services clearly
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer records and call reports
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Build positive customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Skills Required
- Fluency in Telugu (Mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
